How to make the heart move
Hold the lower body of the pendant between your fingers and let the chain hang loose.
Find the small curved brass lever at the very top of the heart, beside the chain loop. It is shaped like a short vessel or aorta.
Place a fingertip on that curved lever and gently press it downward, toward the body of the pendant.
Release the lever, then press again whenever you want to repeat the movement.
Press the curved lever beside the chain loop downward toward the pendant.For a closer look inside, gently open the side panels with your fingers.
Good to know: the lever activates the movement but is not designed to push every outer panel fully open. To see more of the inner structure, gently open the side panels with your fingers. Do not force the front shell or use tools.

Does the heart move automatically?
No. The movement is activated manually with the curved lever at the top, so you decide when it moves.
Will pressing the lever fully open the heart?
No. Pressing the lever animates the panels; it is not intended to force every panel fully open. Gently open the side panels by hand if you want a closer look inside.
